Amy Schleper serves a variety of clients across the United States with a functional nutrition approach for diabetes and insulin resistance associated conditions, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal dysfunction, identifying food sensitivities, histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), POTS/dysautonomia, and other issues.
Amy Schleper, MS, RDN, LD, CDCES is the founder of REDO Nutrition. In May 2018, Amy was honored with an award for Outstanding Dietitian of the Year, by the Kansas City Dietetics Association. She has extensive experience in blood sugar management and autoimmune conditions, and she has a special interest in gastrointestinal concerns (including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), identifying and resolving food sensitivities, and histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS).
